A delightful Victorian purse made from Tiger Cowry Shell (Cypraea Tigris). The shell has been polished on the outside, and has a band of gold-tone metal around its edging. It opens with a simple hinge and has a strong clasp. Perfect for holding jewellery or coins but also as a decorative item! In perfect condition and quite a unique find in this colour.
